This practical yet eye-catching project was heavily influenced by the need for suitable vehicle access. Situated on a challenging and busy site the building required to be oriented to allow room for truck turning circles and clear entry and exit points off a main road. Constructed partly of pre-cast tilt-slab the design of the building considers customer interaction, health and safety factors, and the need for extra height for vehicle hoists.
