We have had a budget estimate prepared by QS (albeit in 2014) for the Sol-R 3+1 house which includes: an 80m² footprint and 95m² floor area providing 3 bedrooms + study, bathroom and laundry along with super insulation, energy efficient services, passive design, material efficient and renewable energy.
